Our policy is to ensure our customers are
happy with our special products.
That’s why it is imperative
that we have scheduled enough time
to elaborate for each client.

BISOU POLICY

Scheduling

Appointments must be booked under the account of the guest who will receive the service, with an exception of group appointments.

Cancellation/Rescheduling fee*

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice. Appointment can be canceled or rescheduled online or by contacting us at info@bisouny.com.
Cancellation and rescheduling fees are as follows:

Cancellation/rescheduling with more than 24 hour notice = 0% cancellation fee

Cancellation/rescheduling request made on the day before your appointment = 50% of the full price of reserved service value.

Cancellation/rescheduling request made after 6pm on the day before your appointment = 100% of the full price of reserved service value.*Cancellation or rescheduling fee will be automatically charged to a debit/credit card on your file the moment your cancellation or rescheduling request is confirmed.

No-Show

Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in canceling the appointment with a 100% cancellation fee. Clients with multiple No-Show history will be refused to schedule any future appointments with us. This applies to clients who habitually cancel or reschedule appointments last minute, and clients with repeated latenesses as well. All of the reserved appointments will be removed WITHOUT prior notice.

Downgrading

In order to respect the time of our nail artists, full payment of original service will be charged when you downgrade the service to a different service on the same day of your appointment.

Please feel free to send us a picture(s) of your desired design prior to the appointment. Doing so will allow us to advise clients on a service which best suits their needs. If a service change is needed, please inform us anytime until a day before your appointment.

Service Time / Late Arrival

Arrivals of 10 minutes and later than the scheduled starting times may result in a limited service, art, or design or canceling the appointment as Same-Day cancellation depending on the technicians’schedule. Although technicians will try their best to provide clients with their desired nail design or color, service may end on their allotted time slot to avoid overlapping other appointments. Complimentary nail fix is not available.

Full price of the reserved service will be charged when the service is downgraded due to late arrival. Appointments will be canceled as Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show for 15 or more minutes from their scheduled appointment.

Multiple Bookings

In order for every client to be able to schedule their appointments easily, we limit the number of appointments that each client can hold.
Unless a client prefers appointments every 2 weeks or it is a group appointment, each client can have only 1 appointment within 2 and a half weeks. If one of the appointments is for another guest, please book the appointment with the guest’s information.

Gratuity

Gratuities are appreciated by the artist and should reflect your satisfaction with the services they provided. The average gratuity is 18% to 20% of the total cost of the service.

Nail Fix Appointment

We offer a complimentary nail fix within the first week after a previous appointment. If gel starts chipping or lifting within a week, please contact us to schedule a nail fix appointment. Complimentary fix does not apply to a nail repair for broken nails or a surficial damage such as scratch. Color and design must be the same as the original.

We cannot guarantee that a nail technician is available for a fix without scheduling a fix appointment.

Babies/Children

In order to ensure the comfort of every other guest in the salon, babies and children are not permitted inside the salon unless being serviced.

Inside Salon

We strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all guests. Please use earphones to watch a video on your device as well as to talk over the phone. For sanitary purposes, any type of food including soup and nutrition bars is strictly prohibited inside the salon. No animals are allowed.

BISOU reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to other clients/any member of our staff or for any situations we deem inappropriate.

Refund

We do not issue a refund on salon services and gift certificates.

Payment

We accept debit/credit cards and cash for payments.

  • -Cancellation fee will be charged to the credit/debit card saved on file.
  • -Cancellation fee or any other outstanding balance MUST be paid by the end of the day of your original appointment. In the situation where the payment cannot be completed due to unexpected circumstances, we may extend up to 7 days from the day of the original appointment. We reserve the right to refuse any future appointments if a payment is overdue.
  • -We do not accept upfront payments.
  • -Our policies are set to ensure that every client receives the highest quality of service and care, and that both clients and BISOU team members can enjoy the time at BISOU.
  • -By booking an appointment at BISOU, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our policies.
